Dear Chase, What a terrible thing your credit card has just done to me. After giving me a payment last mo. of 0 on my credit card acct, you raised my interest rate from 9.99% to 16.99%…I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE OR NOT MADE A PAYMENT EVER…then you add on $150 interest this month and tell me i have to close the acct to avoid your new HIGH rate…SNEAKY, LOW AND VERY UNETHICAL…I will close all my chase accoounts soon and TELL AT LEAST 20 OR 30 PEOPLE HOW YOUVE TREATED ME SHAME ON YOU,SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU AND FOR WHAT GOOD IT WILL DO, I WILL EMAIL THE WHITE HOUSE WITH MY STORY….YOU’LL GET BURNT IN THE LONG RUN..thats the way it works, what goes around comes around Very Sincerely, Bob Cihan
Yes Chase charged me a late fee after they never sent me the previous month bill. This company is a rip off. They closed my account because a family member defaulted their car I cosigned for but my credit was 100 percent with my loans including chase loan. On top of that they took ALL points away. I have told anyone who uses cards NOT to deal with them.
