Discover card has one of the lowest international transaction fees around….a whopping 0%. That’s right they do not charge ANY fees for international purchases made in a foreign currency or international purchases made in U.S. dollars. Unlike cards issued by Visa and MasterCard, Discover’s cards cannot have dynamic currency conversion fees added by the merchant.
