To those of you who somehow discovered this site before the search engines did, you know that we’ve been working very hard since our inception a couple months ago. What started out as a small project to share some of our experiences traveling, living out of the country (sometimes), and managing finances while we do it has ballooned into the monster you have before you. It is good to see all the hard work is paying off (Fodor’s Fans). Thanks for the thanks. One of the downsides of our so called “success” is that the email address we’ve had posted on this site, editors@travelfinances.com, has been overrun with spam. I know many of you have emailed this address, but it is getting too hard to separate the good from the bad. We’ve removed the old email address from the site and are replacing it with this address: editor@–remove–travelfinances.com. Remove the “–remove–” when sending email to this address. The idea is that spiders which glean the web for email addresses to spam will be too dumb to figure out it is an email address. We have much more faith in you. Or feel free to try out the recently added comments feature. Finally, we’re now using feedburner as our official feed provider. The address is http://feeds.feedburner.com/travelguidefinances. The old feed address will continue to work, but this one has more nifty features. If you haven’t subscribed yet, what are you waiting for?
